The End CH 1
I was soon to be 21, and everything seemed to be coming together. Closing in was the end of college, buying my first house, and paying off my Cadillac. Everything seemed to be in hand.
Later on in the day, Elena and Carol came over. They were both dressed up, and congratulated me on nearly being legally aged to drink, because they were already legible.
“For your 21st birthday were taking you clubbing!“ Elena cheered, and pulling out, what I think was, 5 Lincolns.
“Yeah, we thought it would be a great idea since, well, you know; You'll be able to drink, and go into cover clubs,“ Carol winked, yet embraced me.
“Gee guys, thanks, but I have to study for a geography quiz,“I murmured, trying not to sound selfish.
“Were not taking no for an answer!“ hollered Carol and Elena, yet managing to finding my wrists and pull me back to my room and into my closet.
Carol and Elena started searching through my clothes. Elena looked a bit lost and went into my bathroom and started looking through my make-up. Caitlin stopped and she just waddled by me and sighed. Elena looked up with a look of disappointment.
“Whats wrong you guys? You look a bit.. Lost,“ I claimed with a look of confusion.
“You don't go out much do you, Hope?“ examined Elena, and Carol assured, “Never seems to, and she believes in natural beauty.“
Elena concluded, “Okay well we have to get her a new dress, but we can follow through on the natural beauty thing.“
So we all left it at the present decision and threw on our shoes, loaded our pockets, and headed out to go into the future of our “natural beauty.“
